The Owner
Laura Kasper, DO is a board-certified physician and aesthetic injector with over 30 years of medical experience and the founder of Aesthetic Reflections. She combines her extensive medical background with a passion for beauty and wellness to deliver advanced skin care and aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Kasper’s expertise spans emergency medicine and aesthetics, allowing her to bring both precision and artistry to every treatment. She specializes in injectables like Botox and dermal fillers. She offers a range of treatments, including laser services (skin resurfacing, pigmentation correction, veins, body firming, and hair removal), chemical peels, PRGF, micro-needling, and customized medical-grade facials.
Her philosophy centers on safety, natural-looking results, and tailoring every procedure to each patient's skin type, age, and personal goals. Whether smoothing wrinkles, restoring volume, refining skin texture, or rejuvenating overall tone, Dr. Kasper is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best with compassion, artistry, and trusted expertise.

As both an emergency physician and an aesthetic practitioner, I founded Aesthetic Reflections to bring an advanced, medical-grade aesthetic care to the Marmora and the greater South Jersey community. After more than 30 years in medicine, I wanted to create a space where patients could feel confident that their treatments were safe, effective, and tailored to their individual needs. My passion is helping people look refreshed and natural—not overdone—through injectables, skin care, and the latest in laser technology. At Aesthetic Reflections, my goal is to combine science, artistry, and trust so every patient's leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.

Known for her gentle approach, deep knowledge, and dedication to results, Deanna has built lasting client relationships based on trust and care.
